In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. The information we collect?

Personal Information – When you install our app from monday.com marketplace and authorize via oauth process, we receive your monday account id and userId, name and email. We use account id and userid to uniquely identify the user in our app. We use user’s name to help other users in your organization find you when viewing the templates or transferring ownerships. We use the email address to communicate with the use only when they have certain issues in our app or they have requested for gmail and outlook daily sending limit enhancement. We store the user data encrypted in our secure database hosted by supabase.

We do not receive any other data. When you add an email in our app via gmail or outlook, we show you the oauth screen where we ask you to receive the email address, name and permission to send email on your behalf. At any point we do not have access to any other data from your gmail or outlook account. We only send an email by calling gmail api when you trigger an action in monday.com as per your custom settings set by you. We do not collect any information that is not provided by you voluntarily.

Log/Activity Data – We use mixpanel (https://mixpanel.com) analytics for identifying usage trends, determining the issues users face and to evaluate and improve our app and your experience. We use sentry (https://sentry.io) for bug tracking to be able to identify potential bugs in our application and promptly resolve them so that you will have a smooth experience while using our app.

We may use and store this information in aggregated and anonymized form so that it is not associated with individual end users and does not include personal information. We will not use identifiable personal information without your consent.

Cookie – We do not track you using any cookie. We use a single cookie which stores a CSRF token that prevents un-authorised clients making requests to our app on behalf of you. And to prevent cross site request forgery attacks. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-site_request_forgery)

How we use the information?

To provide our services – We use your personal information such as email address to identify yourself and services accessible to you. Since you will be using this app to send emails, we use the name and email provided by you via oauth service to enable you sending emails.

To support our services – We use your activity and log details to support our services by investigating, analyzing, and resolving issues faced by you while accessing our products. This also helps us to monitor the outages, blockages or errors in the service and take remedial actions.

Communication with you – We use the information we collect, to contact you with information about new features/ releases, your license information and feedback about our app. If you are interacting with us for any queries, we use your contact information to get back to you.

Keeping your data secure

We rely on the underlying cloud platform i.e fly.io to provide security to your information. We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone and we do not store your databases pages.

We use third-party services such as mixpanel analytics that collect, monitor and analyze information in an anonymized form.

We do not share your data with any third-party.

Changes to the policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the product and service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

Data retention and deletion

We only retain your data till you are a user of our app. When you delete your account or uninstall our app from monday.com platform, we delete all your data that is with us. At any point of time you can request us to delete your account and remove any of your data from our servers. We will oblige within 7 working day.
